Welcome to Chester County Dental! We are a full-service dental office here to serve you and your family with quality dental care. Our services are available to families with government insurances, CHIP and Medical Assistance and we have a sliding fee scale for individuals without dental insurance.

Our services include:

• Dental examinations and diagnostic x-rays
• Cleaning and fluoride treatments
• Fillings and sealants
• Preventive instruction
• Nutritional guidance
• Simple extractions
  

Sliding Fee Requirements: To determine if you or a family member is eligible for our sliding fee you need to bring the following documents with you to your first appointment:

• Photo ID: This can include a state issued driver’s license, state issued identification card, school ID, or any recognized photo ID.
• A Social security card for all dependents 18 years of age or younger. College dependents up to age 23 are also covered.
• Two recent pay stubs or a benefits statement from social security or unemployment compensation. If you are paid in cash, provide a letter on company letterhead from your employer that states your hourly rate and hours worked per week. If the letter is hand written on a non-legal document, the letter must be notarized. If you are self employed, a copy of the previous year’s income tax statement is required.
